We are very grateful for your interest in one of our offers.

Kindly provide us with the forms and copies mentioned below (documents nº 1-4) for submission to the landlord (document nº 2 can be submitted later):

  1. Self-declaration Form – to be downloaded here, filled in directly on the screen (by hand is possible), printed, duly signed and scanned if required
  2. Declaration of the previous landlord – to be downloaded here, printed, have it filled in and scanned if required
  3. Copy/scanned copy of the salary statement, labour contract or notice of pension allowance (whatever applies) – always the most recent version
  4. Copy/scanned copy of ID Card or passport

Please bring all the documents along with you on the day of the visit or send them later:

  • either scanned by email to mail@ullstein.info
  • or by fax to +49 (0)69-67731119 – please send a bright copy of your ID Card
  • or by letter to Ullstein Immobilienmakler, Morgensternstr. 37, 60596 Frankfurt/Main

Upon reception of the documents we will contact you within a maximum of 48 hours during weekdays. Thank you for your forwarding the documents to us.
